The L2C (Linear Turns Circular – Fostering SMEs Circular Economy Transition) project is being implemented by PAIZ Consulting together with Partners from Poland, Italy and Germany. The aim of the project, implemented in 2022-2024, is to develop the competences of SME leaders necessary for the successful implementation of the circular economy.

The first result of the project isis ready and presents 18 stories of SMEs (three companies from each country) that describe their path to the implementation or transition to the circular economy. Company stories can thus serve as examples and models for other companies. In the conducted interviews, the interviewees describe the beginning of their journey towards the circular economy, their motivation, the transformation process, as well as the obstacles they encountered. Stories of other companies whose transition to a circular economy has been successful can serve as a source of inspiration for other companies to initiate such ventures.
